I’ve never understood the almost virulent rejection of Vista. I had some trepidations because of the bad press, but I’ve got two new computers with Vista and it works just fine. Never had any problems using it, no problems learning it. Maybe I’m just not cool.
I too have had no issues with Vista in itself, the main problem from Vista is that it requires patches to make older programs work. Often even programs designed for ME, or XP (not that old of an OS) are not grandfathered into Vista
I own two computers with XP installed. I’ve used Vista and it’s not reliable. Well, no version of Windows has ever been reliable. I use a Mac at work and I have never had problems with it. Never.
